Since 2010, Franklin has established the marketplace for industry CRM, first launching an industry deal between Salesforce.com and LPL Financial, creating LPL's Salesforce program, followed up with a three-way enterprise deal between TD Ameritrade Institutional, Salesforce.com and AppCrown LLC [another portfolio business focusing on CRM integrations] to launch "TD CRM". Thereafter, Salesforce leveraged lessons from TD Ameritrade's Salesforce deal to launch "Salesforce Financial Services Cloud". By 2013, Franklin saw the future for CRM was not through the cloud rather through the VR space, going beyond the monitor.
Between 2013-present, Franklin continued to build credibility with AppCrown/Salesforce, helping continue and expand the Financial Services Cloud vertical for Salesforce, furthering the understanding and comprehension around Enterprise Software and the underlying economics of a CRM business.
With the validity of the "Metaverse", Franklin is currently organizing to launch "METACRM", the next iteration of CRM.
